综放工作面回采过程关于支架歪斜的控制措施 被引量:1

摘要 巨野矿区赵楼煤矿煤层埋藏深、煤层起伏大、断层多落差大,受其影响在工作面回采过程中,液压支架控制是困绕工作面回采难题之一,支架一旦控制不好,尤其过断层等地质条件复杂地带,容易造成歪架事故,往往处理起来难度大,时间长,严重制约安全生产。因此,本文在总结前期1302、1304、1306等工作面开采的基础上,针对工作面回采过程中过断层易造成支架歪斜情况,进行了重点分析,并提出相应的解决对策和相应的防治措施,确保工作面按计划顺利推进,保证工程质量,大质量标准化要求,为类似条件工作面的支架防倒提供参考。 The coal seam is deeply buried and large fluctuate,the fault is many in Zhaolou Coal Mine of Juye Mining area.Under this circumstance,the control of hydraulic support is a problem in stoping,once the support is out of control accident would be happened especially when getting through faults.The remedial actions will be difficult and time consuming,which seriously restrict the production,Therefore,this thesis summarized previous work of face 1302,1304 and 1306,put forward solution for deflection of support when stoping,which ensure the work carries out smoothly and the quality of the project,also provide some experience to the similar condition.
