简述了我国煤矿粉尘危害特点及浓度标准,基于两类危险源理论分析了粉尘超标原因,得出人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态和环境因素是导致粉尘超标的表面原因,管理失误才是深层次的原因。提出应从煤矿粉尘防治设备设施管理、人的不安全行为管理、组织机构制度管理和环境因素管理四方面进行综合管理。

This paper briefly describes the characteristics and concentration of standard coal dust hazard in our country, based on the two types of hazard theory analyses the reasons for excessive dust. It is concluded that the unsafe behavior of people, unsafe state of object and environmental factors are surface cause, mismanagement is the deep reason. And it is put forward that coal mine should build the integrated management from the coal mine dust prevention facilities management, the unsafe behavior of people management, organization system of management and environmental factors.
