分布式电源综合补偿机制研究

Research on comprehensive compensation mechanism of distributed generation

通过研究中国分布式电源发展对各相关主体的影响,提出了针对我国分布式电源产业的包含接网费用、辅助服务费用、设备补贴、发电量补贴等多维度的综合补偿体系,保障了分布式电源业主、电网公司、发电企业等相关主体的合理利益,并提出促进分布式电源产业健康有序、快速、可持续发展的政策建议。

Through the study of the relevant main influence on the development of distributed generation, this paper puts for- ward a multi-dimensional comprehensive compensation system for our nation＇ s distributed generation industry, which contains the ac- cess cost, ancillary service cost, equipment subsidies, generating capacity subsidies. The mechanism can guarantee the reasonable interests of distributed generation owners, power grid companies, power generation enterprises and other related subjects. This paper also proposes some policy recommendations to promote healthy and orderly, rapid and sustainable development of the distributed gener- ation industry,
