摘要
介绍苏州市佳禾食品有限公司锅炉系统项目中电气混合系统改造的方案论证、系统设计、设备选择、效益分析等内容。电气混合是指电锅炉和燃气锅炉组合生产蒸汽的锅炉系统,可以有效降低工业领域制取蒸汽生产过程中的能耗费用,同时提升谷电时段电能利用效率,降低社会的整体能耗。
This paper introduces the gas-electric hybrid boil- er system of Suzhou Jiahe Food Co., Ltd., which contains the rectifi- cation scheme demonstration, system design, equipment selection, benefit analysis. The gas-electric hybrid boiler system refers to the combination of electric and gas boilers in the production of steam production. The system can reduce energy cost to produce steam process in the field of industrial production, increase the efficiency of electricity use at valley power for reducing the overall energy consumption of the society.
