摘要
目的:调查实施优质护理服务前后心内科住院患者的满意度。方法:分别选取2011年1-6月(实施优质护理服务前),2013年1-6月(实施优质护理服务后)两个时间段广东省中医院珠海医院心内科住院并出院患者,各150例,均采用本院自行研究设计的满意度调查表对实施优质护理服务前后患者进行满意度调查。结果:实施优质护理服务前,患者满意度为85.33%,实施优质护理服务后患者满意度为96.67%,与实施优质护理服务前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施优质护理服务对提高住院患者满意度有确切效果。
Objective: To investigate the implementation of high quality nursing service before and after the heart of hospitalized patients with satisfaction. Method: 300 patients heart hospitalized and discharged in our hospital were selected from two times, January 2011 to June 2011 ( the implementation of high quality nursing service was not implemented before group ) and January 2013 to June 2013 ( the implementation of high quality nursing service was implemented after group ), 150 cases in each group, the satisfaction survey was adopted to study design in our patients before and after the implementation of the quality of nursing service satisfaction survey. Result: Before the implementation of high quality nursing service, the patients' satisfaction was 85.33%, after the implementation of the quality of nursing service patients' satisfaction was 96.67%, compared of them the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The implementation of the quality of nursing service to improve the hospital patients' satisfaction has the exact effect.
