温度对血常规检测的影响分析

目的探讨温度对血常规检测的影响,为临床检测血常规提高准确性,作为以后诊断疾病的参考依据。方法选取进行血常规检测的200名健康体检者,按照随机对照法均分为冷藏组和室温组(n=100),比较分析2组血常规参数变化。结果血常规指标中WBC、RBC、Hb、MCH室温组保存12 h与冷藏组差异没有统计学意义,但2组HCT、PLT差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),因此,临床工作中尽量在4℃冷藏保存标本。结论血液样品在不同温度条件下进行保存会影响检测结果,因此,临床应用中要在4℃下进行检测。

Objective To investigate the effect of temperatutre on the blood test and improve the accuracy of clinical testing of blood, for future reference for diagnosis of the disease. Methods Select 200 healthy subjects, according to a randomized controlled method were divided into 100 cases and 100 cases of frozen group room group （n=100）, comparative analysis of the two groups of blood parameters. Results Blood indicators WBC, RBC, Hb, MCH room temperature and refrigerated group 12 h group save the difference was not statistically significant, but the two groups HCT, PLT difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）, therefore, try to clinical work at 4 ℃ refrigerated specimens. Conclusion Blood samples were stored at different temperatures will affect the test results, and therefore, clinical application to be tested under 4 ℃.
