摘要
从加强科技创新平台建设、加强产学研协同创新、实施低碳创新行动计划、争取在山西举办国际低碳发展论坛、建立企业研发费用提取积累机制等方面,详细阐述了2014年山西省转型综改试验科技工作的探索和实践,分析了取得的成效和重大突破。
From the aspects of strengthening the construction of sci-tech innovation platform, enhancing the cooperative innovation among enterprises, universities and research institutes, implementing the low-carbon innovation action plan, striving for the hosting of international low-carbon development forum, and building enterprise＇s RD fund extraction and accumulation mechanism, etc., this paper expounds in detail the exploration and practice of Shanxi＇s transformation and comprehensive reform experiment in 2014, and analyzes the achieved effects and major breakthroughs.
