摘要
机械零件的疲劳是在循环应力或循环应变作用下在一处或几处逐渐产生局部永久性累积损伤,经一定循环次数后产生裂纹或突然发生完全断裂的过程。机械零件疲劳对比试验是判断机械零件抗疲劳断裂能力大小的有效方法。阐述了机械零件疲劳对比试验的试验方案、试样说明、试样安装、试验设备、试验过程、试验结果的计算与判定等。
Mechanical parts' fatigue is such a process in which one or several local permanent cumulative damages are produced gradually under the effect of cyclic stress and cyclic strain, and then cracks are produced after certain cycles or sudden complete fracture occur. Mechanical parts' fatigue contrast test is an effective method to determine the size of the anti fatigue-fracture ability of the mechanical parts. This paper expounds some details of mechanical parts' fatigue contrast test including the test scheme, sample description, sample's mounting, test equipment, test process, and test results' calculation and determination, etc.
