热脱附/气相色谱法测定室内空气中TVOC的条件优化

The Optimization of the Conditions of Measuring the TVOC(Total Volatile Organic Compound) in the Room Air by Using the Thermal Desorption/Gas Chromatographic Method

研究了运用热脱附/气相色谱法测定室内空气中TVOC的方法。通过改变热解析时间和气相色谱仪程序升温速率来确定最佳测定条件。在该条件下,各目标化合物的线性及精密性良好,检出限均低于方法中要求,实验结果满意。

This paper studies the thermal desorption/gas chromatographic method for the measurement of TVOC in the room air. The optimum measuring condition is determined through changing the thermal desorption time and the heating rate of the gas chromatograph. Under this condition, the linearity and precision of each target compound are good, the detection limit is lower than the requirement in the method, and？experimental？results？are satisfactory.
