培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,可为促进人的全面发展、引领社会全面进步、实现中华民族伟大复兴提供强大的精神力量,是我们党和国家的一项战略任务。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,法治不可缺位。法治是核心价值观形成的基本要素,是核心价值观践行的制度保障,是核心价值观建设的推动力量。把法治作为核心价值来追求,实现科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法,不仅是建设中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设社会主义法治国家的题中之义,还会强有力地推进社会主义核心价值观的建设。

As a strategic task of our party and country,cultivating and acting on core socialist values is a strong spiritual power to promote the comprehensive development of people,lead all-round social progress,and realize the Great Chinese Rejuvenation.The rule of law shall be of no absence to cultivate and act on the values.The rule of law is the essential element of forming core values,systematic guarantee of acting on core values,and driving force of constructing core values.Pursuing the rule of law as core values and realizing the scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,impartial justice and universal law abiding will not only contribute to establishing a system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and constructing socialism country under the rule of law,but also promote the building of core socialist values strongly.
