论大数据背景下我国高校科研项目过程管理动态跟踪模式的构建

On Building the Dynamic Monitoring Scheme of China's University Research Project Process Management at the Time of Big Data

大数据时代的兴起,将包括人力、物力、财力在内的所有科研资源重新调配,以数据的形式,通过深入分析以实现资源的有效整合。体现在我国高校科研项目管理中,就是构建并完善大数据处理系统,通过全新的知识服务模式,提供大数据科研服务平台,实现科研项目管理的全流程的科学服务。不仅可以实现对高校科研项目的全过程监管,更可以降低成本,将科研成果向社会公众推广,实现无缝对接。

Through the survey on four universities directly under the Ministry of Education,we review the overall status of Chinese university research project process management and identify the major problems.By the analysis of foreign universities which was represented by Sydney University,we got the transformation of idea,system and method,and proposed dynamic tracking mode of Chinese universities research project process management with our country＇s domestic characteristics.Some appropriate transforming recommendations are further put forward.
