理工类企业人才需求与研究生培养途径的研究——以天津科技大学为例

本文在充分调研的基础上,总结了理工类企业对研究生的用人需求,分析了天津科技大学研究生在学习和培养方面存在的问题以及目前研究生与企业人才需求之间存在的矛盾,提出了加强研究生培养的对策途径,为研究生就业提供理论支持。

Based on the analysis of employment demand in science and engineering companies for the graduate students, this paper summarize the problems and gaps between the graduate education and these companies＇ talent demand, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions in graduate education, and emphasize the graduate student＇s employment guidance to enhance their employment competitiveness.
