应用型大学酒店管理专业教学体系研究——以怀化学院为例

在对以往教学计划进行分析的基础上,总结出应用型大学酒店管理专业需要从设计依据、从业人员素质要求、从业人员能力要求以及从业人员技术要求四个方面对教学体系进行考量,然后从教学模式、教学方式、课程体系、实践教学四个方面构建专业教学体系。

On the basis of the former teaching plan , the teaching system of the application-oriented university in hotel management requires four directions ：the design basis; the quality requirements of the jobholders; the ability of the jobholders and the technology of the jobholder .Then construct the teaching system from the aspects of teaching mode, teaching methods, curriculum system, practice teaching and so on.
