高校工业工程专业毕业生质量评价体系研究

高校毕业生质量代表着院校的教育质量和培养水平,在分析毕业生质量现状的基础上,结合工业工程专业性质及招聘标准,选择合适的评价方法,根据影响因素选取合理指标,最终建立了高校毕业生质量评价指标体系,该评价指标体系可客观地评价毕业生的质量,为高校工业工程专业后续建设提供合理依据,同时为工科院校进一步深化教学改革,培养社会需要的工业工程复合型人才提供理论依据。

College graduates quality represents the education quality and training level of colleges, on the base of the analysis of the present situation of graduate quality, establish the quality evaluation index system of college graduates by combining with industrial engineering properties and recruitment standards, selecting the appropriate evaluation method, and choosing suitable indicators according to the influencing faetors. The evaluation index system can objectively evaluate the quality of the graduates, and provide reasonable basis for subsequent construction of industrial engineering major education in colleges, and to further deepen the teaching reform and provide theoretical basis for cultivating the industrial engineering talents.
