摘要
应用型创新人才培养目标对传统的以理论讲授为主的《劳动与社会保障法》教学模式提出了严竣挑战。针对目前《劳动与社会保障法》教学中存在的诸多问题,可考虑从牢固树立学以致用的课堂教学理念、灵活运用多种教学方法及注重依托现代教育技术三方面对传统的《劳动与社会保障法》教学模式予以变革,以期对改善《劳动与社会保障法》的教学现状,提升该课程的教学效果有所裨益。
Applied Innovative training objectives of the traditional "Labor and Social Security Law" teaching mode theory based teaching presents severe challenges. For many problems now, "Labor and Social Security Law" teaching presence may be considered from the classroom to firmly establish the idea to apply their knowledge, flexible use of various teaching methods and focus on three aspects of modern educational technology relies on the traditional "Labour and Social security Law "teaching mode to be change in order to improve the" Teaching of Labor and Social Security law ", improve teaching effectiveness of the course will be beneficial.
