高职类航空服务专业职业素质指标研究

This paper discusses the importance of the vocational quality education to the talents cultivation in higher vocational education of air service field. The origin of professional quality index is illustrated based on the construction practice of air service specialty. The steps of the formation of the professional quality indexes are expounded and quantized professional quality indexes regarding the air service are presented.
