构建高职类学生就业力养成模式

作者学习并总结前人的研究成果融合武汉职业技术学院现有的人才培养模式成果提出了IANI高职学生就业力养成模式。所谓IANI就是INTELLIGENCE AND NON-INTELLIGENCE的缩写,这一培养模式是三年一贯制IANI培养模式。作者提出IANI培养模式是一种强制性模式,她提出了非智力因素学分,学生必须在每一阶段实现相应的非智力因素学分才可顺利攻读下一年级。

The IANI cultivation mode of higher vocational students＇ employment ability was raised in the situations of summarizing the research achievements of predecessors＇ and the talent cultivation mode of Wuhan Polytechinic. The IANI is the abbreviation of INTELLIGENCE AND NON - INTELLIGENCE. The mode will spend three years for students training. The author considers the IANI mode is a kind of mandatory mode, which contains non-intelligence factor credits. Students must achieve non-intelligence factors at each stage credits and then they can go into next grade.
