浅谈消防院校实践教学体系构建

消防部队灭火救援任务日益繁重,专业技能和指挥管理能力要求较高。消防院校承担的部队生长干部培养以培养职业技能为主,属于职业教育范畴,实践、实训教学是实现其人才培养目标的重要环节。本文主要探讨了实践教学构建的目标、原则以及实践教学体系构建等方面。

As fire fighting and rescue mission grow more arduous, fire commanders are demanded to have more professional skills and higher commanding and management abilities. The training of military personnel in the Fire Academy is based on the cultivation of vocational skills, which belongs to the category of vocational education, so that practice and training teaching is an important part to reach training objectives. This paper mainly discusses the objecitives and the principles of practical teaching, as well as how to construct practical teaching system.
