学校德育活动促进青年大学生成长的实践探索

教育和培养好青年大学生,为社会主义现代化建设事业培养合格的建设者与接班人,是高等学校的根本任务。育人为本,德育为先,高校必须积极探索提高德育实效的途径和方法。德育活动对大学生成长起着重要作用,我校通过开展校园文化、社会实践等系列德育活动,将德育与活动结合起来,让德育由"无形"的灌输式走进"有形"的活动之中,使大学生由被动的德育对象转变为德育主体,增强了德育的针对性与实效性,促进了青年大学生的健康成长。

It is the fundamental task of colleges and universities that educating and training young college students, training qualified builders and successors for the socialist modernization. Education first, moral education ahead, college should explore ways and methods to improve the effectiveness of moral education actively. Moral education activities play an important role for the development of college students, our university combined the moral and the activities by conducting campus culture, social practice and other moral education activities, made moral education from ＂invisible＂ indoctrination into the ＂visible＂ activities, let college students become subject of moral education instead of passive objects. By these, we enhance the relevance and effectiveness of moral education, promote the healthy growth of young college students.
