The Tianjin （in North China） Working Committee on Children and Women recently published the cartoons of ＂a Harmonious Family,＂ to mark the 20th anniversary of the UN （United Nation）＇s Fourth World Conference on Women （held in Beijing in September 1995）, during which then-Chinese President Jiang Zemin advanced China＇s basic State policy of gender equality.
