To promote China＇s basic State policy of gender equality, Dongguan （a city in South China＇s Guangdong Province）＇s Department of Human Resources, one of the member units of the Dongguan Working Committee on Children and Women, last year did the following to protect women＇s legal rights and interests in the job market：
