摘要
目的：对隐源性机化性肺炎的临床病理进行观察。方法选取2009年1月～2014年1月我院收治的机化性肺炎患者20例，对其进行检查与治疗。结果患者镜检均发现支气管肺泡腔中机化的纤维母细胞，肌纤维母细胞和疏松的结缔组织填塞，并有小气道疏松纤维肉芽肿沿肺泡腔延伸。结论隐源性机化性肺炎的临床表现缺乏特异性，需要进行临床表现、CT、病理镜等综合诊断，给予糖皮质激素进行治疗，预后良好。
Objective Observation the clinical pathology of cryptogenic organizing pneumonia. Methods Selected 20 cases with organizing pneumonia from January 2009 to January 2014 in our hospital, checked and treated. Results Patients were found in bronchoalveolar lavage microscopy chamber machine of ifbroblasts, myoifbroblasts, and loose connective tissue iflling, and small airways loose ifber granuloma extends along the alveolar space. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of cryptogenic organizing pneumonia lack of specificity, the need for clinical manifestations, CT, comprehensive diagnosis of pathological mirror may be given corticosteroids for treatment, and the prognosis is good.
