核医学在骨转移癌诊断与治疗中的临床应用分析

Analysis Clinical Application of Nuclear Medicine in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bone Metastases

目的探究核医学在骨转移癌的临床应用效果。方法选取我院228名肿瘤患者中采用ECT结合X射线筛选骨转移癌患者40名。对本组患者均采用89Sr Cl2进行治疗。结果 40例病例中,骨转移病灶缩小19例,其中9例病灶完全消除,10例病灶有不同程度缩小,21例无明显变化。疗效评定中显效占30%,有效占40%,无效占30%,总有效率为70%。结论采用ECT结合X射线可有效筛选骨转移患者,89Sr Cl2治疗骨转移效果明显。

Objective To explore the clinical application of nuclear medicine in bone metastasis. Methods Selected 40 patients with bone metastasis were treated with ECT combined with X ray in 228 patients in our hospital. The patients in this group were treated with89 SrCl2. Results In 40 cases, there were 19 cases of bone metastasis, 9 cases completely eliminated, 10 cases had different degrees of reduction, 21 cases had no obvious change. The excellent effective rate was 30%, the effective rate was 40%, the in vain rate was 30%and total effective rate was 70%. Conclusion ECT combine with X ray can effectively screen bone metastasis, and the effect of89 SrCl2 on bone metastasis is obvious.
