摘要 目的研究脑电双频指数(BIS)在老年患者全身麻醉中的临床效果。方法选择接受全身麻醉60例老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。给予丙泊酚和舒芬太尼维持麻醉,观察组根据BIS进行调整给药,对照组根据血压、心率等进行调整给药。结果观察组苏醒、拔管时间均短于对照组,患者术中血压、心率较对照组更为平稳,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论 BIS为老年患者全身麻醉中一种较好的监测手段。 Objective To study the clinical effect of the dual frequency index (BIS) in the general anesthesia for the elderly patients. Methods Selected to 60 cases of elderly patients who had accept general anesthesia, divided into the observation group and the control group randomly each group had 30 cases, given propofol and sufentanil maintain anesthesia, the observation group according to the BIS adjusted to medicine, the control group according to the hypertension, heart rate and other adjustments to medicine, Results The observation group regained consciousness, drawing tube time were shorter than the control group, patients in hypertension, heart rate were stable than the control group, P〈0.01, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion BIS is a good monitoring method for the elderly patients with general anesthesia.
