目的原发性低颅压头痛24例临床探讨。方法选取我院神经内科收治的低颅压头痛患者24例,进行诊断和治疗并观察临床表现。结果所有头痛情况得到好转出院。结论对于原发性低颅压头痛的患者,应当尽快诊断,给予腰穿、大量补液,嘱咐患者卧床休息,提高生活质量。

Methods Selected 24 cases with intracranial pressure headache in our hospital internal medicine department, and their clinical manifestations were observed. Results All of them were headache improved after treatment and discharged.
