急性脑梗死短期预后的影响因素回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis the Influential Factors for Shorttermprognosis of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的：探讨影响急性脑梗死短期预后的因素。方法回顾2014年3月～2015年3月我院收治的急性脑梗死住院患者96例的临床资料，分析影响急性脑梗死短期预后的相关因素，包括性别、年龄、入院时间以及梗死体积等。结果梗死体积为急性脑梗死短期预后独立危险因素，梗死体积越大，预后越差。结论防止梗死体积增大是改善急性脑梗死患者短期预后的重要环节。

Objective To explore the risk factors inlfuencing the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction for guiding clinical treatment. Methods Selected 96 patients with acutecerebral infarction from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital. Analysis the inlfuential factors for short-termprognosis of acute cerebral infarction, included sex, name, time of hospitalized and infarct volume et al. Results Infarction volume was associated with multivariable regression. Patients with the greaterinfarction volume had the worseprognosis. Conclusion To prevent the increasing infarction volume is key to improve the short-term prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction .
