石膏外固定腕关节不同位置治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效分析

Analysis Clinical Efficacy of Plaster External Fixation on Different Wrist Position of Colles Fracture

目的：探讨手法复位石膏外固定腕关节不同位置治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2008年3月～2011年1月收治的Colles骨折移位的患者426例，其中手法复位腕伸位固定230例，腕屈位固定196例。对所有患者随访，对比两组的骨折再移位率；评定骨折愈合后的腕关节功能，比较优良率。结果石膏外固定腕关节于腕伸位的骨折再移位率20.9％低于腕屈位的50.0％，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，腕关节功能优良率93.0％高于腕屈位的79.9％，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论手法复位石膏外固定腕关节不同位置治疗Colles骨折的再移位率低，疗效明显。

Objective Analysis clinical efifcacy of plaster external ifxation on different wrist position of Colles fracture. Methods Selected 426 cases with Colles fracture from March 2008 to January 2011, there were 230 patient with fixed wrist, 196 patients with fixed wrist flexion. Following up all the patients, compared the fractures and translocation rate of the two groups, evaluated the wrist joint function and satisfaction rate of the two groups. Results Plaster external fixation carpal tunnel in the wrist with a fracture to shift rate 20.9%was lower than the wrist lfexion group 50.0%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, the rate of good function of wrist joint 93.0%was higher than the wrist lfexion group with 79.9%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Plaster external fixation on different wrist position of Colles fracture has low shiifting again rate, effect obvious.
