早期乳腺癌保乳手术与根治术的临床疗效体会

The Experience of Clinical Effect on Breast Conservation Surgery in Early-stage Breast Cancer and Radical Operation

目的分析早期乳腺癌保乳手术与根治术的临床疗效体会。方法随机抽取100例早期乳腺癌患者,对比组使用根治术,研究组使用保乳手术。结果研究组的局部复发率、远处转移率较对比组少,而生存率较对比组高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,研究组的身体情况、心理状态以及生活质量优于对比组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论保乳手术较根治术治疗效果好。

Objective To analysis the effect of early clinical experience of breast conserving surgery and radical surgery. Methods Selected 100 cases with early stage breast cancer randomly, the control group used of radical surgery, the study group used breast-conserving surgery. Results The study group of local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate was less than the control group, but higher survival rate than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Study Group physical condition, mental status and quality of life was better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery compared with radical surgery treatment is good.
