雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效观察

Observation the Clinical Curative Effect of Atomizing Inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的：分析雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索应用于小儿肺炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院2014年4月～2015年4月收治的80例小儿肺炎患儿，按不同的治疗方式分为观察组与对照组，对比两组治疗总有效率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%，对照组为80.0%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎，可有效改善患儿的临床症状.

Objective To explore the atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods Randomly selected 80 cases of children with pneumonia from April 2014 to 2015 in our hospital, according to the different treatment the patients were divided into observation group and control group, compared the total efifciency of two groups. Results The observation group total efifciency was 92.5%, the control group was 80.0%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of infantile pneumonia, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children.
