胸腺五肽和丙种球蛋白联合辅助治疗麻疹后重症肺炎疗效观察

Curative Observation Effect of Thymopentin and Ivig Joint Auxiliary in Treatment of Severe Pneumonia After Measles

目的观察胸腺五肽和丙种球蛋白联合辅助治疗麻疹后重症肺炎的疗效。方法将90例麻疹后重症肺炎患儿随机分为对照组1、对照组2、治疗组,每组30人。对照组1给予常规治疗,对照组2在常规治疗的基础上加用丙种球蛋白,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用胸腺五肽注射液和丙种球蛋白。比较3组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组1、对照组2,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论胸腺五肽注射液和丙球联合辅助治疗婴幼儿麻疹后重症肺炎,疗效较好。

Objective To observe the curative effect of thymopentin and ivig joint auxiliary in the treatment of severe pneumonia after measles. Methods Selected 90 cases with severe pneumonia after measles, were randomly divided into the control group 1, the control group 2 and the treatment group, each group had 30 cases. The control group 1 given routine therapy and control group 2 on the basis of conventional treatment combined with ivig, the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with the thymopentin and ivig joint auxiliary treatment. compared the curative effect of three groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than the control group 1 and control group 2, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Thymopentin and ivig joint auxiliary in the treatment of infant severe pneumonia after measles has good curative effect.
