尿潜血阳性的临床意义及中医治疗方法

The Clinical Significance and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Method of Urine Occult Blood Positive

目的分析使用中医治疗方法来进行尿潜血阳性治疗的效果。方法选取我院接收的90例尿潜血阳性患者进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和治疗组,各45例,治疗组提供辨证治疗,对照组不使用止血药物治疗。结果治疗组治愈率是42.22%,有效率是86.67%,对照组治愈率20%,有效率57.78%。两组患者的治愈率、有效率对比,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论尿潜血阳性患者使用中药治疗应该要进行辨证分型,并且合理的使用止血药物,提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore effect of use traditional Chinese medicine treatment of urinary occult blood positive. Methods Selected 90 cases with urinary occult blood positive in our hospital, were divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group had 45 cases, the treatment group provided syndrome differentiation and treatment, the control group without the use of hemostatic drug treatment. Results The treatment group cure rate was 42.22%, the effective rate was 86.67%, the control group cure rate was 20%, the effective rate was 57.78%. The cure rate and the efficiency of the two groups, P〈0.01, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Urine occult blood positive patients use traditional Chinese medicine treatment should be classified according to syndrome differentiation, and reasonable use of hemostatic drugs, improve treatment effect.
