探讨中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染性胃炎的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combine Western Medicine Treatment Gastritis With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)引起的感染性胃炎患者接受中西结合治疗的效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎患者100例进行分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,各50例,观察组和对照组都使用西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上增加中药治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组临床有效率是92%,对照组为76%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论幽门螺杆菌引起的感染性胃炎使用中西结合的治疗方式具有较好的效果,能够修复胃黏膜病变,提升临床治疗有效率。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combine western medicine treatment gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods Selected 100 cases of gastritis with helicobacter pylori infection in our hospital to analyzed, were divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 50 cases, the observation group and the control group were used western medicine treatment, the observation group based added to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, compared the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The observation group clinical treatment efficiency was 92%, the control group was 76%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Infection with helicobacter pylori induced gastritis use of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine treatment has a good effect, can on gastric mucosal lesion repair, improve the patient＆#39;s clinical treatment efifciency.
