摘要
介绍1例肺癌脑转移患者首次静脉滴注贝伐珠单抗后出现高血压脑病的治疗及护理。经过40 h迅速、平稳降低血压及颅内压,高流量吸氧,严密观察患者的神志瞳孔和降压后护理后,患者病情平稳。
To share the management and nursing care of hypertensive encephalopathy induced by bevacizumab in one case. The blood pressure of the patient was in good control after corresponding treatment, such as rapidly and mild to moderate blood pressure and intracranial pressure, high-lfow oxygen treatment, intense observation of pupil and consciousness.
