Nursing Care of Shallow Atria After Glaucoma Surgery

目的：探讨青光眼术后浅前房的有效护理措施，观察其应用效果。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月于我院行青光眼滤过术的青光眼患者60例，将其随机均分为两组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组则在此基础上给予整体化护理干预，比较两组的临床疗效和护理满意度。结果经过对症治疗与护理，对照组患者的治愈率为46.7%低于观察组86.7%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；对照组护理服务的满意度为50.0%低于观察组96.7%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论青光眼术后容易发生浅前房，影响患者的预后效果，护理人员需要加强临床观察，及时处理，并给予心理、眼部、生活等多方面的护理干预，提高青光眼手术成功率。

Objective To explore the effective nursing measures of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery, and observe the application effect. Methods Selected 60 cases of glaucoma from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given to the prevention and treatment of shallow anterior chamber on the basis of holistic nursing intervention, the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After symptomatic treatment and nursing, the control group cure rate was 46.7%less than the observation group 86.7%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, the control group satisfaction with nursing service 50.0% less than the observation group 96.7%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Prone to shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery, affect the patient＇s prognosis, nursing staff need to strengthen the clinical observation, once found a timely manner, and give nursing intervention on＆amp;nbsp;psychological, eye, life, glaucoma surgery can improve the success rate.
