康复护理在脑卒中早期康复锻炼的影响分析

Analysis the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Cerebral Apoplexy Early Phase Rehabilitation Exercise

目的：探讨康复护理在脑卒中早期康复锻炼的影响。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月于我院接受治疗的127例脑卒中患者为研究对象，采用康复护理，对比治疗前后患者的身体状况。结果127例患者在接受康复护理之后，运动动能以及日常的生活能力都得到了提升，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，有53例患者获得了完全痊愈，有51例患者基本痊愈，有23例患者有效改善。有效率为100%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论康复护理可以有效提高脑卒中患者的康复效率，促进身体状况的恢复与改善。

Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke rehabilitation exercise. Methods Selected 127 cases of cerebral apoplexy from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital as the research object, used the rehabilitation nursing, contrast before and after treatment the patient＇s physical condition. Results 127 cases of patients undergoing rehabilitation nursing after motion kinetic energy and daily life ability had increased, P〈0.05, it had difference statistically significance, there were 53 patients got fully recovered, 51 patients functional recovery, 23 patients were improved effectively. Effective rate of 100%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the efficiency of rehabilitation in patients with cerebral apoplexy, promote the recovery of patient’s condition and improve.
