顺产产程中运用不同护理模式对产程的影响及效果分析

Analysis Impact and Effect of Different Nursing Modes on Stages Llabor in Eutocia Labor

目的：分析顺产中运用不同护理模式对产程的影响。方法选取取2014年4月～2015年3月在我院产科顺产的105例产妇作为研究对象，随机对这105例产妇进行分组；分别使用常规护理（参照组，共有52例）以及使用循证护理模式（研究组，共有53例）。结果研究组产妇在第1产程、第2产程、第3产程以及总产程上短于参照组产妇，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；研究组产妇满意度优于参照组， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论相较于常规护理模式，循证护理模式在顺产过程中能够有效缩短产程，提高满意程度。

Objective To explore the different nursing model on the influence of labor. Methods Selected 105 cases of maternal obstetric delivery from April 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital as the research object, randomly fashion group, respectively, used conventional nursing （reference group, a total of 52 cases） and used follow card nursing mode （study group, a total of 53 cases）. Results The study group was shorter than the control group in first, second, third, and the total labor process, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The study group was better than the reference group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion With the conventional nursing mode compared evidence-based nursing in birth process can effectively shorten the labor process, improve maternal satisfaction.
