优质护理服务干预用于妇科护理效果探讨

To Explore the Nursing Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervene in Gynecology

目的：探讨妇科护理中应用优质护理服务干预的效果。方法选取我院妇科2013年8月～2014年9月的患者为研究组，2010年4月～2011年5月的患者为对照组，两组间皆随机抽取妇科患者500例实施护理，对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取优质护理服务干预，对比分析护理效果。结果研究组在对护理技术评分、护理服务态度评分及护理健康教育评分上皆高于对照组，P＜0.01，差异具有统计学意义；研究组对护理满意率高于对照组，P＜0.01，差异具有统计学意义。结论妇科护理中实施优质护理服务，可改善患者对护理技术、态度及健康教育的评价，并提高护理满意率。

Objective To explore the effects of application of high quality nursing care intervention in gynecological nursing. Methods The gynecology from August 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital was the observation group and the gynecology from April 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital was the control group. In addition, in these two groups, 500 gynecological patients were randomly chosen to be conducted the nursing. In the control group, they were conducted the routine nursing while in the observation group, they were conducted the high quality nursing care intervention. Then, the nursing effects were compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group, the score for the nursing technology, the score for nursing service attitude and the score for nursing health education of these patients were evidently was higher than the control group, P〈0.01, had difference statistically significance, the satisfaction ratio for nursing in the observation group was higher than the control group, P〈0.01, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing care intervention in gynecological nursing can effectively improve the patients’ evaluation for the nursing technology, attitude and the health education. In addition, it can improve the satisfaction ratio for nursing.
