心理护理对胆囊切除术全身麻醉患者的效果研究

Study Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients With Cholecystectomy General Anesthesia

目的研究胆囊切除术全身麻醉患者应用心理护理的临床效果。方法对照组采取常规护理,观察组在其基础上施行心理护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组焦虑评分(5.6±2.3)分与疼痛评分(2.5±1.0)分少于对照组(8.2±3.9)分、(4.7±1.5)分,术中出血、通气时间、手术时间与住院时间相对较少,两组患者护理效果对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论胆囊切除术全身麻醉患者应用心理护理能够减轻疼痛程度。

Objective To study the cholecystectomy used the clinical effect of psychological nursing in patients with general anesthesia. Methods The control group take routine nursing, the observation group based on the implementation of psychological care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The observation group anxiety score were （5.6±2.3） mark and pain score （2.5±1.0） mark less than the control group （8.2±3.9） mark , （4.7±1.5） mark , intraoperative bleeding, aeration time, operation time and hospitalization time was relatively small, two groups of patient care, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Cholecystectomy in patients with general anesthesia applied psychological nursing can signiifcantly reduce pain degree.
