摘要
微观组织是决定材料性能的关键因素之一。对于材料微观组织和断裂特征的有效收集和利用,可以为材料研制、工艺改进以及失效分析提供有效的技术支持。在对各类典型航空材料微观组织和断裂特征收集整理的基础上,设计和开发了基于客户端/服务器模式的航空材料微观组织数据库系统。系统存储了各种典型航空材料在不同状态下的微观组织和断裂特征。本研究对该系统的结构、功能以及技术特点等方面进行了介绍。
Microstructure is a key factor influencing the performance of materials. The collection and use of the data of material microstructure and fracture features are significant to the development and improvement of new materials as well as failure analysis. A microstructure database system on the basis of Client / Server structure was designed and developed,and the photographs of microstructure and fracture features of aeronautical materials under different conditions were collected. The architecture,functions and technical features of the database system were introduced.
