摘要
高温绝热布基体所用材料为聚氨酯,表面涂覆氯磺化聚乙烯清漆防潮,在使用若干年后其表面部分区域颜色发生明显变化。能谱分析及金相分析结果表明,变色区域清漆的喷涂量相对较大,且清漆中含有聚氨酯;红外光谱分析结果表明,变色区域中聚氨酯的N—H键和碳链存在明显的化学反应,导致其含量偏低。综合分析认为,高温绝热布表面发生变色的原因是由于表面清漆喷涂不均匀,清漆富集的区域溶入了较多聚氨酯,后续使用过程中聚氨酯发生化学反应导致该区域呈现较深的颜色。
The color of high-temperature heat insulating cloth changed after a few years of storage. By morphology examination,composition and metallography analysis,it is considered that the paint hadn't been evenly sprayed on the surface of the cloth,there was much polyurethane in paint-abundant fields. During service,chemical reaction occurred to polyurethane,resulting in color change of the paint-abundant fields.
