Research on Development of Material Testing Instrument and Equipment

从材料检测仪器设备行业和典型应用领域的角度,研究了全球行业的发展趋势,从进出口情况、市场竞争格局以及政策导向等方面分析了国内行业的发展状况;对物理性能、化学分析、无损检测以及力学性能测试等国内典型应用领域的仪器设备现状进行了综合分析。研究表明:我国各应用领域的技术水平与国外存在明显差距,中高端产品主要依赖进口;归纳总结了我国行业发展存在的主要问题为行业环境方面重复建设严重、国际竞争激烈以及成果转化率低,生产厂家方面存在企业规模小、研发投入不足以及人才匮乏,产品方面存在高端依赖进口、中端技术指标落后以及低端价值低;因此,需要从产业政策上积极引导推进,技术难题上组织突破,产业协作上形成平台机制等方面,形成体系化的一揽子解决方案和建立可持续科学发展的长效机制。

The development trend of material testing instrument and equipment industry and their typical application fields were investigated. The development status of the domestic industry was analyzed from the import and export situation,the market competition pattern and policy guidance,etc. A comprehensive analysis on the present situation of the instrument and equipment was carried out in the domestic typical application fields of physical properties testing,chemical analysis,nondestructive testing and mechanical performance testing. The results show that there are obvious technological gaps in those fields between China and overseas. Middle- and high-end products mainly rely on import. The main problems of the domestic industry development were summarized. In terms of industry environment, the problems include serious repetitive construction, fierce international competition and low achievements conversion rate. The problems of manufacturers include small enterprise scale, low development input and lack of talents resource. The problems of production are that the high-end products rely on import,the mid-end products are backward in technical level,and the low-end ones＇ value is low. Therefore,it is necessary to put forward more leading industrial policy,to realize the breakthrough of key technology,to build up the industry collaboration platform,and so on. Finally,a systematic package solution should be formed and a long-term scientific sustainable development mechanism should be set up.
