六种处理方法对单晶氧化铝预成贴面粘接强度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究六种不同的表面处理方式对单晶氧化铝预成贴面试件表面粘接强度的影响,为临床应用树脂加贴面双重修复提供理论依据。方法将42个单晶氧化铝试件随机分成无水乙醇组(A组)、硅烷组(B组)、酸蚀组(C组)、碱蚀组(D组)、等离子处理组(E组)及空白对照组(F组),每组7个。将每组试件与Panavia F复合树脂粘合剂粘固,经37℃恒温水浴24 h后测试各组抗拉伸强度,显微镜下观察各试件粘接界面的破坏形式。制作6片直径为5 cm的圆盘形试件,分别对其进行以上6种不同方式的表面处理,然后测定表面能。结果抗拉伸测试结果:A组:(11.16±0.95)MPa,B组:(12.31±0.98)MPa,C组:(7.81±0.83)MPa,D组:(14.82±0.91)MPa,E组:(17.08±1.02)MPa,F组:(4.96±0.76)MPa,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);粘接面破坏主要为界面破坏,不同处理组单晶氧化铝试件表面能不同,与抗拉伸强度结果相似。结论不同表面处理方式对单晶氧化铝试件与复合树脂的粘接强度有影响,等离子处理是提高树脂与氧化铝试件抗拉伸强度较为有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the tensile bond strength of single crystal alumina treated by six different treatments of surface in order to make a reference for the clinical treatment of stomatology disease. Methods Forty-two alumina discs( 10 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick of each disc) were prepared and divided randomly into six groups which were the group A: sandblasting + alcohol,B: sandblasting + silane,C: sandblasting + HF + HCL,D: sandblasting +Na OH + Na F,E: sandblasting + plasma and F: sandblasting with 7 in each group were cemented with Panavia F,then stored in distilled water at 37 ℃ for 24 hours. After the tensile bond strength evaluation with a universal testing machine,the broken shape between the single crystal alumina and the resin cement( Panavia F) were observed. Six pieces of orbicular discs with a diameter of 5 cm were prepared and treated,separately with the methods mentioned above.The surface energy of each disc was analyzed. Results The average tensile bond strength( MPa) of the six groups was 11. 16 ± 0. 95,2. 31 ± 0. 98,7. 81 ± 0. 83,14. 82 ± 0. 91,17. 08± 1. 02 and 4. 96 ± 0. 76,respectively( P〈0. 01). There was significant difference in the tensile bond strength statistics among the six group. Interfacial failure was the main failure mode.The surface energy was different in different groups,and the result was the same as the tensile bond strength test. Conclusion The tensile bond strength between single crystal alumina and Panavia F is affected by different surface treatments. The treatment with plasma is more effective to enhance the tensile bond strength between the single crystal alumina and the resin cement.
