护理干预对BiPAP呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的影响分析

Nursing Intervention on Bi PAP Ventilator Impact Analysis for the Treatment of COPD Combination of Respiratory Failure

目的探讨Bi PAP呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的临床护理对策。方法选取我院2010年1月至2013年6月间收治的86例利用Bi PAP呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者进行分析研究,随机分为两组,每组43例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用综合性护理干预,比较两组患者护理干预效果及患者对护理满意度。结果两组患者的临床护理有效率及满意度分别为,观察组95.35%和93.03%;对照组76.64%和72.09%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行Bi PAP呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者进行综合护理干预,效果更好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the BiPAP ventilator treatment combination of respiratory failure of COPD clinical nursing countermeasures. Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to January 2010 between the treated 86 cases of the use of BiPAP ventila-tor therapy research and analyze combination of respiratory failure of COPD patients, randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 43 cases of control group were treated by routine nursing, the observation group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention, the effect of nursing intervention and compare two groups of patients to nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group of patients with clinical nursing total effective rate reached 95. 35% , control group patients clinical nursing the total effective rate was 76. 64% , observation group of patients treatment nursing effect is better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. bservation group of patients to nurs-ing satisfaction was 93. 03% , control group patients satisfaction with nursing care was 72. 09% , and patients satisfaction with nursing observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P〈0. 05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Line of BiPAP ventilator treatment of COPD with respiratory failure patients comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the effect of treatment and reduce patient pain, can effectively improve patient satisfaction with nursing care at the same time, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
