加强患者安全文化建设是改善医院患者安全管理水平的必经之路,因此,准确的了解医院的患者安全文化现状显得尤为重要。医院患者安全文化调查表(HSOPSC)是目前世界卫生领域中极具代表性和科学性的患者安全文化测评工具,本文通过对HSOPSC问卷的来源、内容和优势予以介绍,对其目前在我国的应用现状进行重点分析,并深入阐明其应用过程中的注意事项,以期为我国的患者安全文化测评工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。
