结直肠癌微创手术的发展趋势与思考 被引量：9

摘要 多项前瞻性随机对照研究已证实，腹腔镜结肠癌手术的近期结果明显优于传统的开腹手术，包括疼痛轻、对肺功能影响小、术后胃肠功能恢复快和生存质量提高等优点。
