摘要
目的:寻找能够准确评估口腔白斑癌变风险的生物标志物指导临床工作。方法:随机收集未经治疗的口腔癌患者、稳定白斑、癌变白斑患者各20例,收集唾液标本,采用RT-q PCR探讨癌变口腔白斑患者唾液mi RNA的变化。结果:癌变白斑患者唾液中mi R-339-5p、mi R-144、mi R--521-3p、mi R-429和mi R-181a与病变组织中的表达情况一致(P<0.10)。结论:mi RNA表达改变的唾液检测有望成为一种理想的、无创的早期检测癌变口腔白斑的新方法。
Objective:Clinical and histological assessments are not reliable in predicting which precursor lesions will progress.The aim of this study was to assess the potential of a noninvasive approach to assess progress risk of oral precancerous lesions.Method:We used RT-q PCR to detect mi RNA targets from the microarray results in saliva samples of these patients.Result:We identified a specific mi RNA signature that is aberrantly expressed in progressing oral LGD leukoplakias.Similar expression patterns were detected in saliva samples from these patients.Conclusion:These results show promise for using saliva mi RNA signature for monitoring of cancer precursor lesions and early detection of disease progression.
