家具生产过程主要涉及制作工艺和原材料选用两个重要方面。要确保家具的环保,必须从这两方面着手,二者缺一不可。其中,制作工艺是木家具中甲醛释放量超标的主要原因。本试验依据GB 18584-2001标准,对采用不同加工工艺制作的家具板的甲醛释放量进行了测定和分析,结果表明,木皮厚度、贴木皮面数及油漆面数、油漆工艺差异和封边等制作工艺过程对家具板甲醛释放量具有显著影响,因此,为了减少游离甲醛从木家具中的释放.必须采用环保的加工工艺,
The manufacturing process of wood furniture is primarily concerned with manufacturing technology and raw material selection. To ensure the environmental protection of wood furniture, both aspects should be considered indispensably. The manufacturing technology of the wood furniture has been recognized as one of the main reasons leading to the excessive formaldehyde emission. Based upon the national standard GB 18584-2001, the formaldehyde emissions from various wood furniture boards produced with different manufacturing technologies were detected and analyzed, The results show that the thickness of the veneer, sides of veneer, number of coating passes, coating technology, edge banding and other production processes have significant impacts on the formaldehyde emission. This indicates that to prevent the release of formaldehyde effectively from wood furniture, environmental friendly fabrication processes should be implemented.
