Interpretation of the Test Method of Surface Coatings Adhesion of Furniture

漆膜的附着力在其诸性能中居于首要位置。本文详析了测定漆膜附着力等级的交叉切割(或称划格试验)法,并把这个经验性的方法归纳为采样、交叉切割、粘贴和撕离粘胶带、评定试验结果这四个步骤。作者认为现在通用的国际标准和国家标准需要进一步完善,一是标准文件对漆膜底材的分类不十分严谨和实用,二是在试验结果的评定方面,标准中所显示的网格图谱和文字说明不易操作,很容易造成人为的误差。为此作者提出相应的修订意见。

The coating adhesion occupies the first position in the coating performance. In this paper, the cross cut （or gilding test） method for determination of coating adhesion level was analyzed in detail and was summed up as four steps ： sampling, cross cutting, pasting and tearing away the adhesive tape, test results evaluating. The author suggests that both the current international standards and national standards need to be further improved because of a lack of rigour and practicality for the classification of the coating substrate as well as the griding graph and description of the evaluation of the test results which is likely to cause artificial error. The corresponding suggestions of revision were put forward by the author.
