We are on the Way to Become Better-Behaved Tourists

随着经济的发展、交通的便利,旅游逐渐成为人们生活的一部分,从繁忙的工作和生活中短暂地＂抽身＂,走出国门,开阔视野也成为了人们的优先选择。虽然在旅游的过程中,绝大多数人能够做到维护公共秩序、爱护生态环境、遵守文明礼仪,但不可否认的是,仍旧有少数人在境外旅游中,存在不文明行为。因此,提升公民出境旅游文明素质,越来越成为加强公民道德建设的一项重要和紧迫的任务。而在这方面,青岛市把文明旅游作为全市精神文明建设的一项重点工作,开展了争做出境游＂文明使者＂活动,并取得了初步成效,新华社、人民日报等中央媒体也在今年的春节期间对这项活动进行了专题宣传报道。

With the development of economy and the convenience of transportation,tourism has gradually turned to an indispensable recreational activity of people's life.Some people choose to get away from their busy work and life and go abroad to expand their horizons.When travelling abroad,most people can maintain the public order,cherish ecological environment and act in good manners.However,there are still some uncivilized behaviors in outbound tourism yet to be improved.Therefore,it's become an important and urgent task in improving the ethics and moral standard of our citizens by promoting the quality of outbound tourists.Qingdao has regarded civilized tourism as a significant part of intellectual construction and carried out a campaign of 'Being a Tourist Envoy' in overseas travels,which has achieved preliminary effect.Some state media like Xinhua News Agency and People's Daily covered this activity during the Spring Festival and the campaign also gained extensive attention from the society.
