摘要
采用不同量的Ca合金化处理和液态模锻成形工艺,实验研究了液态模锻时Ca增加对Mg-8Al镁合金组织和性能的影响。经SEM、XRD及EDS等检测后,得出实验结果:液态模锻和Ca合金化能促进位错形成,使晶粒细化,析出相变得均匀细小,综合力学性能提高;当Ca添加量为1.0%时,性能达到最佳。
The influences of Ca addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties for Mg-8Al magnesium alloys were experimentally studied by adopting Ca alloying with different amounts and the forming processes of liquid forging. After SEM、XRD and EDS test,it is obtained that the liquid forging and Ca alloying can promote the dislocation forming and refine grain. Precipitated phase becomes fine and uniform. Comprehensive mechanical properties are improved. When Ca adds up to1.0wt%, the mechanical properties are the best.
